No and yes. Not all coats are created equal, especially in mixed breed dogs, there for we will always always always make your pets comfort and safety our first priority. We will not brush out a completely matted pup with a coat that's been neglected and unmaintained at home. The safest, kindest thing to do is always to shave the hair and start over (pupper will thank you later) . Mild matting on the ears, tail ect.  that we know can brush out easily without hurting your pup will be done.  We will always tell you before anything is done if the pet needs to be shaved down.  If the shaved down is refused, you will be charged for 50% of the grooming total and your pet will be returned to you.  We always recommend a 4 week recurring schedule for curly coated pets that are left longer than 5/8" at time of grooming to keep the pup in the best shape possible. 

We do not have an age cut off, because not every pet is the same in their golden years! If your pet can comfortably stand and tolerate the groom we are always happy to service them as long as they allow us to!  That being said, we believe that at an older age, grooming should simply be for comfort rather than style. We will always make them look their best, even if its not always the most perfect.  

For the safety of the groomer, and your pet, if there is a history of biting, aggression, or the pet needs to be heavily sedated for the grooming process, we are not the groomer for you. Safety is our priority and we don't want to make your pet feel forced or unsafe. We want to avoid issues all together and pets with aggression or that need sedation should be groomed at a qualified vet office.  If for whatever reason your pet gets aggressive for any reason, we have a $50 aggression fee. We believe every pet deserves a chance and we will always do our best to finish the groom, but if we are unable, you will be charged for  the partial service and the added fee. 

Mobile pet grooming is, first and foremost, a luxury service. Your pup is getting one on one attention from a professional with 12+ years of experience in not only pet grooming, but animal behavior and health. All products we use are of the highest  quality, and we will never nickle and dime you for unnecessary add-on services (nails, ear cleaning, Ect.) We just do it because your pet deserves the best. We believe all long haired dogs should  be de-sheeded at every appointment for their health, so its already wrapped into the price. Our bus also requires regular maintenance, gas,  and upkeep.  Still, we always try to keep our prices competitive and still as affordable  as possible.

We know that tipping culture is out of control these days. It shows up automatically at checkout everywhere. For us at Rebel Sudz tips are never expected but always greatly appreciated!  We appreciate you and your pet always no matter what! 

Absolutely! We have a selection of different shampoos and conditioners and we use that we feel is best for your pet at the time. We also have both a hypo shampoo and a hypo conditioner if you are worried about anything setting off your pup's skin! We also can avoid scented finishing sprays for you upon request as well! 

Every pet is different, as are their needs, but every pet will be pampered with a warm bath, a high-quality shampoo AND conditioner-- Our bathing system foams the shampoo while offering a comforting massage to your pet! They will be blow dried, have their ears cleaned, and nails trimmed or dremeled (if they allow). Any double coated breeds will be de-shedded and have their grinch feet cleaned up!  All services also include a sanitary trim, finishing spray, bows and/or a bandana before they leave!
