Vaccination Policy
As of July 2025, per the Pet Animal Care and Facilities Act (PACFA), all groomers in Colorado must comply with a new pet vaccine requirement.
Rebel Sudz will require the following documentation for every pet :

Proof of Rabies for pets over 16 weeks old

Distemper and Parvovirus for dogs over 8 weeks old
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation window. If you cancel for any reason within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be billed for 40% of the grooming service fee. We understand life happens, and we will take that into consideration on a case-by-case basis

On Location No Show:
We will wait 15 minutes until after your scheduled appointment time before making this call. If you are unavailable or we cannot get in contact with you, you will be Charged for 50% of the grooming service fee.

Rebel Sudz Cancellation:
If we cancel on you for any reason other than dangerous weather, we will always do our best to get you rescheduled as soon as possible, and a discount will be added to the service. We pride ourselves as always being reliable and showing up when scheduled.
Arrival Window policy
We have a 30 minute window before and after the start time of each grooming. We will always do our best to communicate if we are running ahead or behind schedule.
Aggressive Pet policy
If for whatever reason your pet becomes overly aggressive during the groom, we do charge a $50 fee. If we are unable to finish the groom, the fee will be waived, and you will be charged for 50% of the groom fee and the pet will be returned to you. We will not rebook aggressive/ dangerous pets.
Card On File
To keep things smooth and secure, we require a card on file to hold your spot, reduce no-shows, and make checkout easy. Your info is safe, and you’re only charged after your pet’s appointment. Simple, stress-free, and one less thing to worry about.
